Symptom

  • The issue occurs when a Purchase Order (PO) is created with business area X, but the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is assigned to business area Y. 
  • During the invoice posting process, the system raises the following error message: KI188 - WBS belongs to business area X, not Y.
