3628435 - Warning message "Print queue &1 of item &2 is not valid." (APOC_OR_MESSAGES 169) appears in output management screen of the production order

Symptom

After releasing the production order, Pick_List output item status is stuck in "In Preparation". When trying to manually send output, the warning message "Print queue &1 of item &2 is not valid.(APOC_OR_MESSAGES 169)" appears. 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Release the production order to trigger the print process.
  2. Go to the output management screen via "Order->Output->Output Management". For the PICK_LIST item, the status remains "In Preparation" and does not change to "Completed".
  3. Click "Send Output" button, then warning message "Print queue &1 of item &2 is not valid.(APOC_OR_MESSAGES 169)" appears. 

Cause

An invalid print queue name, which cannot be found in Maintain Print Queue app, has been maintained for the output item.

Resolution

Replace the print queue with a correct one.
