3628669 - Business Partner not visible in PPOSA_BBP due to incorrect end date in HRP1001 relationship

Symptom

In transaction PPOSA_BBP, a Business Partner (BP) linked to an organizational unit is not displayed when using the current date. However, the BP appears when a past date (prior to a certain delimitation) is selected.
Additionally, report BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE may show errors indicating a missing linkage between the Business Partner and the organizational unit.
