Symptom
The requirement is to see all changes done by a specific user, object-independent.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Cause
There is currently no option to view all changes across all objects for a specific user. The reason for this is how changes are logged in the backend - they are saved against objects like opportunity, ticket etc. Separate steps/ clicks / actions taken by a logged on user are not stored.
Resolution
Changes can be accessed per object only. For example:
- For business partner changes, refer to: KBA 3411682
- For transactional documents (e.g. opportunities), make use of ODATA: Blog
- Utilize data sources that show changes, namely "Lead History", "Opportunity History", "Opportunity History Snapshot", "Report Assignment Details" and "Ticket History".
