3628810 - Owner field does not show the User Name when transporting API Management in Cloud Transport Management Service.

Symptom

When transporting API Management artifacts (e.g., API Proxies, Products) via SAP Cloud Transport Management (CTMS), the "Owner" field is not populated in the CTMS UI. This is in contrast to the behavior for Cloud Integration (iFlows), where the owner/user who initiated the transport is correctly shown. When transported to the target Integration Suite tenant, the "Changed By" field is populated by systemID, not the username.
