3628819 - Error shown when using Configuration Transport Center to transport permission roles – “We can't find these permission groups in the target tenant yet”

When transporting permission roles using Configuration Transport Center, error is shown as "We can't find these permission groups in the target tenant yet”, even when the mentioned permission group exists in the target tenant.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Go to Configuration Transport Center > Copy Configuration.
2. Create a bundle with the following settings:
3. • Transport Mode
   • Configuration Area: Platform
   • Configuration Groups: Role Based Permissions > Configure Roles > Permission Roles
4. Select the Permission Roles you would like to transport. 
5. Click "Add to New Bundle" and set Transport Bundle ID.
6. Access Bundle Management and click Action > Initiate Transport for the Transport Bundle ID created.
7. Set the target environment information.
8. Click Continue > then Click Transport 
9. Login to the target environment and go to Configuration Transport Center > Copy Configuration (Configuration Transport Center) > Transport Requests.
10. Select "Imports" and click Action > Validate the Transport Bundle ID.
11. The bundle status will show as "Validation Completed with Warnings." and when checking the details in the report, the message "We can't find these permission groups in the target tenant yet” will be shown.

This can be due to the permission group name having an unexpected character or space at the end of its name. E.g. an invisible space or a character such as “ã”.

Customer will need to double check the permission group name, to ensure that it doesn’t contain any spaces or unexpected characters.
