3628909 - "Returning to Work On" Field Not Available in Document Generation Template Mapping

Unable to map the field “Returning to Work On” from the Employee Time object in the Document Generation Template Mapping to send a customized notification to workflow participants.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Workflow

1. Navigate to Document Generation Template Mapping

2. Select the relevant Custom Workflow Template

3. Attempt to map the field “Returning to Work On”

4. Observe that the field is not available for selection

• This behavior is working as per standard system design

• The field “Returning to Work On” is a transient UI-only field and not stored in the database

• Transient fields on the Employee Time MDF object are not supported for template mapping in Document Generation

• The field “Returning to Work On” is calculated and displayed dynamically on the UI, and therefore not retrievable for backend processing or document generation
