3628982 - Optional surveys removed by Automatic Process “Purge Optional Overdue Course Feedback Surveys” are not counted as removed in survey item usage tab

The Automatic Process “Purge Optional Overdue Course Feedback Surveys” is enabled, but the number of assignments cleaned by APM are not counted as removed but deduced from assigned in the survey item usage tab.

The Item Usage tab is available under Survey level (Learning Administration > Content > Survey).

The system is working as expected.

The item usage tab only captures the surveys if they are removed by the user themselves. In case the survey was removed from APM, it will not be counted and displayed on system's interface.
