3629044 - Forward-intact not working for merged candidates - Recruiting Management

Forward-intact not working for merged candidates when using Forward as Applicant feature.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create a candidate profile with email A
2. Create a candidate profile with email B
3. Apply to a job req 123 via A and fulfill all forward-intact fields
4. Merge profile A and B, set B as primary one
5. Use Forward as Applicant feature to forward the applicant to a new job req 456
6. Go to job req 456, see in the forwarded applicant page, all forward-intact fields are blank

This is a current system limitation.

"Forward as Applicant" feature is not suggested to use for merged candidate.

Please use "Forward as Applicant" feature first and then merge the candidates.
