3629065 - Error /SCWM/DELIVERY_CONF048 happens in customizing "Define Transportation Planning Type (Outbound)"

Symptom

A user tries to change "Transp.PlngType" to "Obligatory Planning in TM for Adv. SR (Release in TM)" or "Planning in TM for Adv. SR (Release in EWM)" in below customizing path:
=> SCM Extended Warehouse Management
=> Extended Warehouse Management
=> Goods Issue Process
=> Outbound Delivery
=> Integration for Transportation Planning
=> Define Transportation Planning Type (Outbound)

However, the error "Transportation planning type E is not allowed." or "Transportation planning type F is not allowed." happens, the message no. is /SCWM/DELIVERY_CONF048.
