3629074 - Transaction SDCCN dumps with No value was passed to the mandatory parameter "I_DESTINATION".

Symptom

When starting transaction SDCCN the system dumps with the following information.

Category ABAP programming error
Runtime Errors SYNTAX_ERROR
ABAP Program /BDL/SAPLBDL11
Application Component SV-SMG-SDD

What happened?
Error in the ABAP application program.

The current ABAP program "/BDL/TASKMANAGER" had to be terminated because it found a statement that could not be executed.
In include "/BDL/LBDL11U22", in line 233 of program "/BDL/SAPLBDL11", the following syntax errors have occurred:
No value was passed to the mandatory parameter "I_DESTINATION".
