3629104 - ESI - Pending task failed with error 'No user account was assigned for business application'

Symptom

Use local configuration to configure the Web Service scenario.

When running pending task, error 'No user account was assigned for business application XXX' is shown in the pending task.

Checking the configuration of local integration scenario, in step 4 of scenario wizard ( Soamanager->Local Integration Scenario Configuration) the entries for the "Logon Data" is not saved correctly. Sometimes all following service groups are displayed as local shortcut even if they have logon data assigned.
