3629211 - After IDOC posting process, change logs show 'delete' entry for those characteristics as well, which were not changed with the IDOC.

Symptom

During CLFMAS or BATMAS IDOC processing some characteristics of an object is sent by the IDOC, some are not sent. However after the process is done, in the change logs, unchanged characteristic values have 2 entries as well. One for 'delete' and one for 'create'
