3629257 - Internal Server Error shown when receipt is selected for document type while completing E-Verify Task

E-Verify does not accept receipt documents and is not a valid scenario for E-Verify. This isn't an incorrect document w.r.t I9. I9 does accept receipt documents. 

Example: E-Verify does not accept receipt documents for a U.S. Passport.  In this case, using List A: us_passport_receipt is not a valid scenario for E-Verify, and attempting to submit with this document type will result an internal error.

Internal error message only appears when we select "Is this Document a receipt?" to "Yes". When I select the scenario to "No", the error message does not appear and we are able to select either Passport or Passport Card.
