3629382 - Get Service Groups in the /n/IWFND/V4_ADMIN dropped syntax error or infinite loading loop

Symptom 1:

When attempting to publish the CDI_CDS OR CDI service group in /n/IWFND/V4_ADMIN, the system throwed the SYNTAX_ERROR dump.

The ST22 dump in the system :

Symptom 2

When attempting to use the "Get service groups" button in the /n/IWFND/V4_ADMIN transaction, only looping loading screen happened in the SAP GUI without any error/dump, you need to check the SM50 and you will see the call stack "CL_RSODP_ODATA_V4_CDI_CDS=====CP" is looping in the system without any progress.
