3629416 - Integration Center limitation - SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center

Symptom

You have created an outbound integration in IC (Integration Center) and is trying to sum all values in one column, like on this example:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center
  2. Go to Integration center tool
  3. Create a new outbound integration

Cause

Integration center cannot sum values from different lines. This is the product design.

Resolution

Workaround: export the data to a CSV file and use a 3rd party software (a spreadsheet tool) to import the CSV and sum the values.
