3629437 - Fields on Employee Profile header are not being displayed and Configure Header Fields is not saving - Employee Profile

Symptom

Configure Header Fields changes are not being saved in Configure People Profile.

Besides, fields on Employee Profile header are not being displayed.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Search for an employee;
  2. Observe that the Employee Profile header is blank or has missing fields.
  3. Navigate to Configure People Profile > General Settings > Configure Header Fields. Make a change and notice this is not being saved.

Cause

The "headerConfig" relationship is lost in the instance.

Resolution

Raise a ticket under component LOD-SF-EP-CPP with written approval for engineering team to run a DB fix to correct the issue.
