Symptom

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

  • Initial workflow approval request was completed, followed by modification and retriggering of a new workflow which was also completed.
  • Only the second workflow is visible in ME53N, causing confusion if the purchase order was created.
