• Mismatch in number of pending approvals between New Learning Experience > Requests for Me - Approvals card and Pending Approvals page
• Issue happens only for the approval request sent before 2024

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login to Learning (New Learning Experience) > Scroll down to Requests for Me section
2. See Approvals card (e.g. 3 Internal Class requests)
3. Go back to New Learning Experience home page > Activities > Approvals
4. See Pending Approvals page (e.g. only shows 1 pending approval)

Coding issue

Code fix is on 2H2025 - ILX cards and Approval page will have consistent and matching data
