Symptom

The system relies on BRF+ to handle purchase order outputs. You want that outputs for new purchase orders to be immediate, whereas outputs for changes should be delayed.

The dispatch time for PURCHASE_ORDER is configured for immediate output, but there is a need for an additional output type to handle changes in a scheduled manner.
