The [[APPLICATION_PAGE_URL]] token generates the hyperlink text using the Job Title or 'View/Edit Application'.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open a job application.
2. Trigger an email containing the [[APPLICATION_PAGE_URL]] token to the candidate.
3. Observe the generated link text in the email.

This is the expected behavior by design. The token adapts its hyperlink text and target based on the candidate’s relationship to the job requisition.

The hyperlink text and target URL generated by [[APPLICATION_PAGE_URL]] depend on whether the candidate has applied to the job requisition:

• Applicant: If the candidate has applied for the job requisition, the generated link will display "View/Edit Application", and the link will redirect to the job application.
• Non-Applicant: If the candidate has only been forwarded to the job requisition and has not yet applied, the generated link will display the Job Title, and the link will redirect to the job posting page.
