3629596 - Work Center View is empty and shows no entries

Assigned Work Center View for business roles, but it shows blank view and no entries for user.

Issue might raised for multiple work center view, take Visit BO as an example.

1. Visit Work Center
2. OWL view is empty

There is a personalization change made to the OWL which is hiding the pane container.

Admin user is able to remove the personalized change transaction (CT) from frontend by following steps:

1. Go to Administrator
2. General Settings work center view
3. Select Layout Change History, you are able to sort by date "Created On" and "UI component" to locate the CT, its type should be "ChangeProperties", file path should start with "/SAP_BYD_UI_FLEX/CHANGE_TRANSACTIONS/KeyUser/ChangeProperties/PaneContainer/*" (Using * to instead uncertain information)

4. You can navigate to CT details and double confirm the CT information, it should be related to Changes Property is persDisabled, and new value is true
5. Then delete the unexpected CT
