3629609 - How to find the total number of diagrams/models in a SAP Signavio Workspace?

• User would like to know the total number of diagrams/models present in their workspace.
• Additionally, it would be useful for the user to break data down the numbers by diagram/model type.

SAP Signavio Process Manager

Please Note: You need an administrator account to use this function. Access to this feature depends on your license. For more information, contact your workspace administrator.

To find the total number of diagrams/models you can do the following:

1. Open workspace you want to find the number of diagrams/models for, in Process Manager Explorer.
2. In the Reporting tab, select Governance Report.
3. Observe breakdown of total number of models/diagrams in the workspace as well as other information.
