3629641 - Import new hire through Integration Center - Onboarding

Symptom

Customer would like to import Onboarding 2.0 new hire through Integration Center, but is unable to do so.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
    • Integration Center

Cause

This is a system limitation.

Resolution

Integration Center usually writes data using the SF data source, while the data for "createOnboardee" is all customized.

The integration center currently does not support the option "createOnboardee", and then data writing is not yet possible.
