3629663 - Split Actual Cost Rate Calculation into Fixed and Variable - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Checked the actual cost rate calculation result is only for fixed amount but not variable part. Need to know how to split up costs into fixed and variable parts in the actual cost rate calculation process.

The splitting of actual costs currently only uses splitting rules. This will result in fixed costs only. 

As introduced in App Extensibility: Actual Cost Rate Calculation - Cost Centers, if a variable portion of cost rates is needed for actual costing, BAdI BADI_KSS_SPLIT_FIX_VAR can be used.
