3629702 - Material description of outbound delivery items (LIPS-ARKTX) shows as wrong language

Symptom

When creating outbound deliveries reference to stock transfer order via VL10* transaction, the material description (short text) of delivery item (LIPS-ARKTX) will display with incorrect language, which is different from STO (EKPV-SPRAS).
