3629703 - No available users that can be used as approver when creating Sales Price Workflow - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In the app "Manage Sales Price Workflows", when trying to define Steps and assign users as approver, not any potential recipient is showing in pop-up Search page. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access the app "Manage Workflow Definitions".
2. Try to create the workflow and define steps.
3. In the "Recipients" tab, choose "User" as "Assignment By".
4. Click the value help of the "User" and there's no any potential user that can be used.

The work agreement of target user is missing. 

Maintain the work agreements in the app "Manage Workforce" for the related users.
