Symptom

In data source "Return to Suppliers" (SRMRTS_B01), search a purchase order, in the result the key figure Quantity is unexpected.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to work center Business Analytics, access view Design Data Sources.
  2. Search "Return to Suppliers" (SRMRTS_B01), click Preview.
  3. Maintain ABC in filter Purchase Order ID, click Apply.
  4. In the result, key figure Quantity shows number XXX.
  5. Go to work center Outbound Logistics, access view Outbound Deliveries.
  6. Search ABC, in the result the delivered quantity is YYY.

*ABC represents purchase order ID.

*XXX, YYY represents number.

Cause

The key figure Quantity in data source "Return to Suppliers" (SRMRTS_B01) displays the quantity in corresponding Return to Supplier, rather than the delivered quantity in related outbound delivery (Return to Supplier).

Resolution

System standard behavior.
