3629861 - UXR - Status 403 error occurs when a newly added user in the Job Requisition accesses the Latest workbench - Recruiting Management

Whenever a new user is added as an operator in a job requisition, and then they try to access the Latest Workbench, they get an error

SAP Success Factors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Job requisition
2. Add a new user in any operator role
3. Save the changes
4. Proxy as a newly added user
5. Go to recruiting and access the requisition
6. Try to access the Latest Workbench
7. Error occurs 

Expected behavior

The permission cache at the backend would not get updated thus, it will result in the reported error which explains the error being intermittent

When the user is given permissions and the changes are saved. It is recommended to logout of the system and instance and then login or proxy as that added user. The error won't occur because the permissions would be updated.
