Symptom

In 'Run Statutory Reports' app, when trying to run activity 'Manage Withholding Tax Items' for Spain Withholding Tax Reports, error message "A technical error has occurred, please check the selected filters as no data was found for the view - P_ES_StRpManageWhldgTaxItemC" is issued.
