Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the Fiori Apps Library.
  2. Search for the app "Account Balance Audit Trail (F1393)".
  3. Verify that the app is not available on S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

App is not available in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

  1. External auditors can use the following apps to fulfill the business requirement:
  • G/L Account Balances
  • Display Line Items in General Ledger
  • All other reporting apps listed within the Business Role SAP_BR_EXTERNAL_AUDITOR.

      2. To request the missing functionality, create a feature request for the product. Please follow the KBA 2963059 - How to submit an feature request for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Products and   submit an influence request at the site https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign
