Symptom

  • Unable to extract data from source tables from SAP S/4HANA public cloud into SAP Signavio process intelligence.
  • Error message indicates that the connection user does not have adequate access rights to the service group 'CDI'.

Environment

  • Data Source: Connector

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a new process data pipeline.
  2. Save the options.
  3. Select 'all' when extracting the data.
  4. Note there is an error with extracting the data.

Cause

The maintained connection user does not have access to the service group 'CDI' as mentioned in the error message.

Resolution

  1. Allow the user access to the 'CDI' group.
