3629971 - Not possible to import hire templates using import/export tool - Onboarding

When trying to import hire templates from one instance to another, the import job fails when checked on job results.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Export any hire template from one instance and save the file
2. In import/export tool import the same template
3. Check on results and there is a failure

No cause currently determined.

As of now, all hire templates should be moved from one instance to another manually.

There is currently no specific estimated time of resolution, but the engineering team is aware of the same.
