3630003 - Users experience performance issues when Lates Form Experience is enabled

Symptom

When the Latest Form Experience feature is enabled, users experience performance issues (slow response) that affect page loading, adding comments, scrolling down, clicking the save button, and other actions.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core 2505

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable Latest Form Experience.
  2. Open a Performance form.
  3. Try any of the actions mentioned in the symptom section.
  4. Experience that the response time of the page has become longer than usual.

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation.

Resolution

Engineering Team is currently investigating the possible root-cause of this behavior.

Workaround

Disable the Latest Form Experience.
