Symptom

Unable to find (ONB) Concurrent Employment User welcome message within Email Services.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to email services
  2. Notice that template is not present under active templates

Cause

The template is not active.

Resolution

In the order to find the template and activate it first, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Email Services
  2. Under Active Templates, click on Manage Template
  3. Click on "+" New Template > Reuse Templates
  4. The (ONB) Concurrent Employment User Message Template is available.
