3630072 - Systems Folder is not visible while performing "Save As" in story in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

System Folder is not visible while doing "save as" in story to select specific folder in SAC

Environment

SAP ANALYTICS CLOUD 2025.8.13

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SAC
  2. Open any story
  3. Click on File > Save as
  4. Notice there is no System folder to select to save the story

 

 

Cause

  • System Folder displays the administration view of the files and folders. If you are an administrator, you can use this view to get a better understanding of the files and folders for content in SAC Analytics Cloud.
  • The System/Common folder corresponds to the following My Files views.

Resolution

You can save your story in any folder under My Files and admins can view the story in System folder as the System folder corresponds to the following My Files view in SAC.
