3630086 - Permissions to use Open Data with Relational Data are not available - SAP Emarsys

It is required to connect the Open Data project with the Relational Data in SAP Emarsys and according to the instructions at SAP Help, the authorizations below must be granted in Google BigQuery:

• BigQuery Data Viewer
• BigQuery Job User

However, an error message is shown when trying to grant those permissions:
