3630089 - Data not populating for First Name, Last Name, Address, SSN of form I-9 - Onboarding

Data not populating for First Name, Last Name, Address, SSN on section 2 of I-9 form.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. External candidate/Onboardee completed section 1
2. Hiring manager access section 2 as next step 
3. First name, last name, address and SSN are missing

Title is not enabled under Employee Profile data model.

In the order to fix this issue make sure Title is enabled under Employee Profile data model, kindly follow these steps:

1. Access manage business configuration
2. Under Employee Profile open Standard option
3. Locate the Title entity and make sure it is enabled
4. Test with a new candidate or restart current affected candidate.
