Symptom

The search box in the Onboarding dashboard displays preview users who haven’t been initiated in onboarding process.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Onboarding.
  2. In the Onboarding Dashboard, search for a name that was not initiated from RCM to ONB.
  3. The name appears in the suggestion list, even though the person was not hired through Onboarding.

Cause

Target population of the permission role responsible for dashboard search in Onboarding is set to "All (Employees)"

Resolution

Change the target population of the permission role responsible for dashboard search to "Onboarding users" only.
