This article explains how to report the changes made on the job application fields of a candidate or several candidates and who has made the changes.

Resolution

Application History table of Recruiting Ad Hoc Report can provide information such as what field was edited, the previous and the new value after changes, when the field was edited, who modified the field, and if someone proxy as the user who made the changes.

  1. Go to Report Center
  2. Click New > Table > Select
  3. Choose Single Domain and then select Recruiting V2 from dropdown > Select
  4. In General Info enter desired Report Name
  5. In Columns > Select Columns > Select "Application History" table
  6. Then check the columns you wish to be included in your report > Done
  7. Under Filters, you may filter it by Job Req ID and Candidate ID to pull target applications
  8. Save and then Generate the report

NOTE: External candidates are non-users in the system, hence in the report changes made by the external candidates will appear to be made by the system, that is v4admin user. Ad Hoc report has no option to report the external candidate who makes edits.
