The requirement is to check a list of changes made via Personalization Mode (Start Personalization), similar to the list available on Adaptation Mode/Layout Change History.

Cause
An end user has made some changes to their layout and a Key User wants to check them or delete them.
Resolution
There is no way to check these changes via C4C UI. SAP Technical Support has access to it via backend, and in case the business need is to have a personalization change deleted, open a Case to AP-RC-UIF-FLX with details: User, Affected Screen, Change Date.
