3630135 - Release rejected due to missing parts in Manage Process Order Fiori app (F4587) despite configuration in OPJK allowing the release.

Symptom

It is not possible to release the process order from the Manage Process Order Fiori application (F4587) due to missing parts.
Despite maintained OPJK settings, the user can release the order in the GUI but not in Fiori.

Error message: "Order XXXXXX has missing parts. Order XXXXXX: Release rejected. Release of order not possible."
