These is no data shown when previewing data of custom CDS view which is created from standard CDS view I_EVENTBASEDORDERPOSTINGRULE in customizing tenant. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. create a custom CDS view of which the primary data source is I_EVENTBASEDORDERPOSTINGRULE in customizing tenant. 
2. preview data of this created custom CDS view.
3. no data display

Authorization check fails. 

Previewing data of I_EVENTBASEDORDERPOSTINGRULE needs the restriction type K_EB_RULE which is involved in business catalog SAP_A4C_BC_DEV_TST_FIN_PRD_PC. 

But business catalog SAP_A4C_BC_DEV_TST_FIN_PRD_PC  is only available in development tenant and production system.
