3630318 - Integration Center Job Failure due to SFTP Connection Error

• Integration Center job started failing with connection errors, however, it is not a new connection and there were no changes in the whitelisting on SF or SFTP provider side, nor in the configuration of the IC job.
• Error message from the Execution Manager: Cannot connect to sftp://<sftp_user>@<sftp_host>:22
• The SFTP credentials have already been checked, SFTP is accessible via browser or FileZilla with the same credentials.
• Creating a fresh IC job using the same SFTP details also works.

1. Attempt to connect to the SFTP server using the affected Integration Center job.
2. The integration will fail with the generic "Cannot connect to sftp" error.

Login failure due to SSH validation error caused by corrupt/cached integration definition file.

1. Re-enter the password in the affected Integration Center Jobs.
2. Verify that the integration definition is refreshed and the connection issue is resolved.

Note: Should the above steps fail to mitigate the issue, please refer to below steps:

1. Make a dummy change to the SFTP details on the Destination Settings page.
2. Save the integration.
3. Open the new version and navigate to the Destination Settings page.
4. Re-enter the correct SFTP details & credentials.
5. Save the integration.

In case the issue still persists, kindly log a ticket to LOD-SF-INT-INC-JOB component for a deeper analysis.
