3630318 - Integration Center Job Failure due to SFTP Connection Error

Symptom

  • Integration Center job started failing with connection errors, however, it is not a new connection and there were no changes in the whitelisting on SF or SFTP provider side, nor in the configuration of the IC job.
  • Error message from the Execution Manager: Cannot connect to sftp://<sftp_user>@<sftp_host>:22
  • The SFTP credentials have already been checked, SFTP is accessible via browser or FileZilla with the same credentials.
  • Creating a fresh IC job using the same SFTP details also works.
