Symptom

  • Just Ask in SAC shows an empty page
  • Error message: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()"
  • After some time, the page changes to "Page can't be displayed. The tenant is temporarily not available. Please try again later."

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click on Just Ask in SAP Analytics Cloud
  2. Receive an empty page
  3. After some time, the page changes to "Page can't be displayed. The tenant is temporarily not available. Please try again later."

Cause

  • The issue is currently under development investigation. Will try to resolve as soon as possible.
