3630415 - Unable to Find the Future Hire Employee Profiles in the Global Search - Onboarding

• The external users have been hired, and their valid in Data Inspector is "e", but these users cannot be found in the Global Search.
• New People Profile is enabled, and the option "Include inactive users in search" is not available.
• The only available method to view these external users is by navigating through the Onboarding dashboard, which is not ideal for daily operations. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Access to the instance
2. Directly search the hired external user in Global Search
3. No results

Configuration Change.

Confirm that the following configuration is correct:

1. Enable the switch in provisioning called "Enable Use of External Users (V10 & V11 ONLY)".
2. Deselected: Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings > Hide External Users from search results option.
3. Selected: Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings > Show inactive user in people search option.
4. Check the permissions for permission role are given:
   • General User Permission > Company Info Access and User Search
   • Manage Hires > Include Inactive Employees in the search
   • Ensure that the target population includes the external users to be searched.
   • Done RBP Refresh and Odata Refresh
