Symptom

New job profile is not visible after creation in "Manage job profiles" tool, but this job profile is present in the export file.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click "Create job profile" using "Manage job profiles" tool.
  2. Complete the creation process and save the changes.
  3. The new job profile is not visible after creation.
  4. Export job profile data and see that the new job profile is there in draft status.

Cause

No permissions are granted to view or edit MDF draft object.

Resolution

To grant the permissions, go to Manage permissions roles - User Permissions, pick up the section Miscellaneous Permissions - MDFDraft. Enable the necessary permission and save the role.
