3630432 - Unable to view all action logs in approval details tab of preliminary billing document

In the approval details of a preliminary billing document header where workflow for preliminary billing document approval is used, only one action log of the approval is recorded, although both the 1st and 2nd approval steps have been completed.

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Display a preliminary billing document no. PBD00000XX.
2. Navigate to the approval details tab.
3. Observe that only one approval line is displayed although all approval steps have been completed. 

To gain a complete view of the details, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Display the preliminary billing document.
2. Navigate to the approval details tab.
3. Initially, only one approval line will be visible.
4. Select the highlighted "see previous level" button to view both approval steps.
   
5. Verify that both approval steps are recorded.
