3630550 - Error When Allowing SAP Sales and Service Core App in Microsoft Teams Admin Center

Symptom

When attempting to allow the SAP Sales and Service Core app within the Microsoft Teams Admin Center, the following error is encountered:

"SAP Sales and Service Core application has not been enabled for your organization"
Contact your administrator and refer to SAP Sales and Service Core Product for more information.
