3630550 - Error When Allowing SAP Sales and Service Core App in Microsoft Teams Admin Center

When attempting to allow the SAP Sales and Service Core app within the Microsoft Teams Admin Center, the following error is encountered:

"SAP Sales and Service Core application has not been enabled for your organization"
Contact your administrator and refer to SAP Sales and Service Core Product for more information.

SAP Cloud for Customer 

1. Log in to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center

2. Expand the navigation menu and go to Teams apps

3. Open Manage apps

4. Search for SAP Sales and Service Core

5. Select the app

6. Click on Allow

7. An error is displayed and the app cannot be enabled

This is typically due to user consent not being granted correctly during the integration setup process.
In many cases, the consent was provided by a user who does not have the required Azure Global Administrator permissions, or the process was not completed successfully, which prevents the application from being activated in your Microsoft Teams environment.

Use an Azure Global Administrator account to provide the required consent.

Once the process is completed successfully, the user will see a "Consent successful" message.

If the Azure Global Administrator does not have access to the SAP Sales and Service Core system (C4C):

1. Schedule a screen sharing session with a user who does.
2. During the consent process, ask the Azure administrator to enter their email and credentials when prompted.
3. After successful consent, the status message on the General Settings page under “Enable Microsoft Teams integration” will be updated accordingly.
