This article explains where to change some colors in the Interview Assessment page

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

• The labels "Items per page", "Page" and "of 1" can be changed on: Theme Manager > Fine Tune > Portlets > Dimmed Text Colour.
• The color for the "Save and Cancel" button, and also the arrows, can be changed on: Theme Manager > Fine Tune > Portlets > Body Link Text Colour.

Please be informed that the above colors will also apply to other parts of the instance.
